Intensely bold, woody, minty and very contemporary scent that it differentiates itself from everything else out there. In spite of having a simple touch of sweetness to it, Sander for Man is anything but cloying and creamy. It is assertively dry and has a distinct sharpness to it. Sander starts with direct, fresh opening that is acutely green and a tad aquatic. This fragrance is not a true aquatic, but it does smell watery unlike most in that category which just attempt to imitate a fruity, watery freshness. The ivy and mint in the top notes are what give off the green, fresh opening. The ivy is dominant as the scent shifts into the middle notes of pepper, cardamom, and spicy coriander. Finally, you notice myrrh, cashmere, and some woody notes in the base.
