What are Testers?
Testers are company bottles of the exact fragrance sold at the fraction of the price. Companies want to promote their products and manufacture bottles to increase the sale of the fragrance. We purchase Tester bottles in quantity and pass the savings on to you. Tester packaging may vary depending on the company’s preference. Testers may come in plain white or brown box with or without a cap. Some bottles may say “Tester or Demonstration Not for Sale” written on the bottle. This will not affect the item in anyway.


What sizes do mini collectibles come in?
Mini sizes approximately come in from 2.5 ml to 15ml.


What type of levels do fragrances come in?
Perfume: The most concentrated form of fragrance oil (and the most expensive), perfume is the strongest and longest lasting of fragrance forms. It contains 50 to 70 percent of perfume compound.

Eau de Parfum: An alcoholic perfume solution containing 20 to 30 percent of perfume compound

Eau de toilette (cologne): A light form of fragrance with a 5 to 15 percent concentration of perfume compound in an alcohol water base. Cologne is less concentrated then Eau de Parfum. It is created with a lighter concentration of fragrance oil, and is ideal for a more subtle impression.

Moisturizing perfume mist: A moisturizing perfume mist is a fragrance that does not contain alcohol. It is a spray that contains oil and leaves skin with a silky smooth veil of perfumed moisturizers. It is ideal to wear in the warm weather because it is less drying to the skin.

Natural spray: A non-aerosol spray.

Unisex fragrances are fragrances made for both Men and Women.

ValentinePerfume.com is able to match our competitors’ price to you because of our tremendous purchasing power. Our online customers can enjoy savings up to 80% of the products list price. Our low price means we will match our competitors’ prices pending its meets the following requirement:

Do we charge sales tax?
ValentinePerfume.com is a newjersey based company. State law requires us to collect 7.5% sales tax on all orders shipped within Newjersey. All orders outside newjersey are exempt from sales tax.


How do I place an order?
To place an item online, click the “Order” button. When you have finished adding all the items to your invoice, click “View Order”. Make any necessary adjustments to your invoice. You can now proceed to our Check out Page to prompt invoice processing; please fill out all required information. To finalize the invoice click the Submit Order button. An invoice confirmation will be given to you and print this page out for your records. Please be advised that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address on your credit card. Invoices without a valid address may be postdated for further verification with your credit card bank. We reserve the right to cancel any invoice that does not meet bank standards.

How do I find an Item on your site?
To find an item on our site, type in the name of the item that you’re looking for in the search box or click on it’s initial with the alphabet listing.


What are my payment methods?
We accept all the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept money orders, checks, and PayPal.

What are my shipping methods?
ValentinePerfume.com uses ground delivery as our standard shipping method in the United States. Your invoice will be processed and shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey and will normally take anywhere from 2 – 6 business days. Our carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service.

Express service is available for an additional fee for items in stock. Invoices must be received by 2:15 PM Est. Monday- Friday. Express deliveries will arrive on business days only.


Things You Should Know:
Shipping Cost is nonrefundable for unclaimed, undeliverable, and returned packages, unless we made a mistake. Signature Confirmation may be necessary for delivery to an apartment, office, and building. Address Corrections made by the carrier will be $15 surcharge. Saturday deliveries available upon request add $15 to Next Day Air Shipping. We highly suggest you to place an invoice order before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

Invoice Status

How do I check status on my invoice?
For your convenience, our Customer Service department will automatically send you updates regarding any pending status invoices via email.


Do I get a tracking number?
As soon as your invoice is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information. It takes approximately 24 hours before tracking the package.


How can I modify an invoice?
You may request a change to you invoice, provided that your invoice has not been processed or shipped. Please email your changes and be sure to include your invoice number to our shipping department at info@valentineperfume.com.


Am I able to cancel my invoice?
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.
